    Mystery guest?!?!
    The room was very updated and clean. A little advice if you are put in the third room on any floor (303..403..) your room is literally in the elevator shaft and the noise is ridiculously loud. Also be sure you are actually checked in otherwise housekeeping will come into your room at 8am while you’re showering.

    A great hotel with A+ service!
    I originally was upset with some not so great experiences checking in and getting into my room. HOWEVER, the staff and management took everything very seriously and addressed the issues and corrected them immediately. This impressed me so much that I am planning a return trip to the same hotel in the summer. It was a breath of fresh air that a company takes customer service so seriously. I urge anyone to give them a shot! GREAT HOTEL< GREAT SERVICE!!! PS... just note that waterslide is not available until Friday afternoon and through the weekend.
