Much better than average but not fantastic
I would say this hotel is just okay. It’s very beautifully decorated with a nice shower. I didn’t feel the Tulum hospitality there, and the pool is more for just hanging out to have a few drinks in and eat in but not exactly for lounging and definitely not swimming. I cut my stay short, but if you’re not going to spend much time at the hotel then it would be perfect!

We had a great time staying here! Everyone was super nice and helpful!! The hotel is beautiful! They can help with everything from restaurant recommendations, beach clubs, getting scooters, and activities to do. The pools are nice and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10!! We will be back!

Great Stay!
Orchid House was a beautiful hotel. Very peaceful, clean and the architecture was amazing. We stayed here for 5 nights and would definitely go back. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - the two people at the front desk would give us loads of recommendations whenever we went out. You also had the option to rent bikes so it worked out to be about a 10 min ride into town and 10 mins down to the beach, so it was a good central location. Food was also delicious!

Perfect boutique hot. in the middle of the jungle
Is just the perfect place to disconnect from everything rather you go by yourself or in a romantic trip. The Jungle view amazing, the staff is very warm and friendly, I just loved this place very much! Really recommended
