Did not like the location downtown many homeless wandering around sleeping on corners and begging Parking situation poor and we felt our truck would be unsafe in the parkade As it out of site and no visible security Considering the location of the hotel parking out front of the hotel was our only option

There was no hot water in my room. The front desk was helpful and nice but not having hot water was a real problem.

Excellent service, Great amenities, Poor location
Loved the amenities including pool and fitness Centre. Found the hallways way too hot. Service from staff was excellent. Did not like the shower floor, (hard to stand in), beds were too hard, complimentary coffee not so good, no complimentary robes or water bottles in room, toilet paper is way too rough and the area where the hotel is was not great. Too many vagrants hanging around asking for money, fighting and crazy people walking up and down at all hours in front of the hotel. Also did not like the fact that the in-house dining was closed and there was no dining or convenience stores nearby.
