It started out ok and then my car was totaled in the parking lot and they said they not responsible for anything and put me and my wife out of the hotel and we only received house keeping once the management is horrible and should all be fired.

I arrived for check-in after 4pm and was told my room would be ready in 30 minutes which was fine because we wanted to go grab food. I returned at 7pm as I had my 7year anniversary dinner to go to at 8pm and as I approached my door to my room I heard ppl inside my room talking. I notified front desk only to find out that my room had been given away. I had to wait almost another hour which I couldn’t make my dinner reservations. There was two other couples whom had been waiting for hours. Staff was not empathetic. Property is pet friendly and was barking all night. The worst experience ever.

First----the reservation I made did not come through because of the hotel's system. I had to go through Expedia to make the reservation. The front desk clerk, Rava, was extremely helpful, and worked hard to get my reservation through. Secondly, when I went out the next morning, I put out the sign on my door for the maid to clean my room....no maid ever showed up, and the woman at the desk - NOT RAVA - had an attitude when my husband asked for clean washcloths and towels. My brother-in-law stayed there also and had the same experience with no one to clean the room. I will NEVER stay at this property again....and will tell anyone I know going to Indiana to stay somewhere else. Was definitely not worth my money.

Very minimal amenities
Lots of annoyances, primarily that I had booked a handicap accessible room specifically to meet my partner's challenges, and the room was given to another guest prior to our arrival. Also, the room had a kitchen but zero utensils, plates, cooking items (unless I wanted to pay extra to "rent"). The room contained two large towels and two washcloths, no hand towels. And, we were told the hotel has ONE hairdryer for the entire hotel, and "the person using it wasn't answering their phone". I've never stayed at a hotel that had virtually zero amenities like this.
