    Unbeknownst to me hotels.com charged me a 300 dollar deposit for the room i stayed in. The service at the hotel was good. Not so comfortable bed and you should probably bring your own pillow(s).

    Overbooked...Canceled Without Notice!!!!!

    Hotel was overbooked and they didn't notify me until 2 hours before check in time. To make matters worse they told me they were going to change my reservation to their sister hotel. Waited an hour before calling them back just to find out they had canceled my reservation without notice.

    Not what is cracked up to be!

    Only had two flat pillows per bed and when inquiry was made to get more we told to sign up for the linen program which meant we had to pay for extra pillows. The room advertises a kitchen and two electric burners but with no pot, pans, or eating utensils. When we inquired about getting cooking utensils we were told that we had to pay a non-refundable amount. Then the sales clerk at the front counter told us it would probably be best to go to a dollar store to pick up what we needed for the kitchen.

    Make sure they will give towels and washcloths

    Didn’t realize that they not set up like the other woodsprings hotel so you couldn’t get towels or washcloths. Also the room smelled of urine I had to go but sanitizer too cut the Oder in the room. I checked out and booked another hotel.

    Stay Over Shenanigans make great stories.

    The stay was amazing however I wasn’t properly checked-in due to a lot going on in the lobby. Since I still needed an extra day to handle business, I used the Hotels app to rebook, but I didn’t actually find out that I wasn’t in the system til this morning when I extended my stay. And it still hadn’t shown up in time when I went to the front desk before checkout at 11am! Crazy night, indeed.
