Great place - cleanliness is spot on
Great place. It seems it is a brand new building. Furniture, decoration, and lay out are top of the notch. View of the Black Sea from room’s window is awesome. Staff speak English. I will stay here again if I come back to Trabzon. Walking distance to main areas

Lovely and clean place with a fantastic view. Just a shame that it's so close to the noisy road, but the windows are pretty sound proof. Helpful staff and great breakfast. Close to the city center which is just up the hill.

Potential death trap.
Nice apartment, good location. The stay would have been excellent, but for a serious problem on the day of our departure. Door lock jammed and trapped us inside a seventh-floor apartment with no fire escape for 1.5 hours until the lock was drilled and hammered open. Made us miss our tour completely. This was an inconvenience, but could have been much more serious in the event of a fire or medical emergency. Cannot recommend anyone take the chance in this particular apartment.
