We have booked here quite a few times and have enjoyed our stay every time.
Our stay was good - the desk clerk, Lucy, was a bit rude to my husband as he was trying to check in, because I made the reservation and she needed my ID, etc.
It was a bit of a slow operation checking in and we were on a time clock for airport pick up. Also Lucy asked who was staying in the room with me. ( actually it would be none of her business, but I said my husband and she wanted to see his drivers license too!?. He was running to bathroom after our long drive from Big Sky so no. What did it matter? More slow down time. Also my credit card says $100 pending and with tax our bill was $62 or $72 on your site. They advertise a casino which it’s not, just a bar lounge with a few machines. Otherwise it was fine.
This Hotel is not clean and so outdated. We chose it for the slide and pool for the kids but the hot tub is super tiny. We ended up going to a different hotel just as we walked into the room. Not clean, we didn't even take our shoes off. Thankfully they refunded us.
It was very confident with having Perkins restaurant and Cheers bar and our granddaughter loved the water slide!
The we stayed in? The heat, didn't work good. And it was really cold. In the room?
My husband and I have 2 last names and we had to go to front desk and the lady there gave us such a hard time because not both last names where on her computer
The staff made it seem like it was an inconvenience to check us in.
I was charged $250 EXTRA dollars for having our Shizue dog in the room. Nothing was asked at check in about not allowing dogs in rooms. He is well groomed and completely trained. We have stayed at downtown hotels in every large city with him and have never had a problem. At check out they say us carrying him out and a maid ran us down and chewed me out. They said it was $250 "cleaning fee" to clean the room after a dog had been in there. We never hid the fact we had a dog with us, and we weren't asked at arrival if we had a dog. We ended up paying $315 for ONE night stay at a hotel, that had NOTHING fancy about it. Very disappointed as I am a teacher and chose this hotel to stay at with my kids, so they could have fun. I do not have an extra $315 for a one night stay. I am devastated. I would have gladly paid a pet fee or anything like that, had I known this would be an issue. NEVER staying here again. Also, the manager passed us in the hall the night we checked in and saw the dog with us. She never stopped to tell us no dogs were allowed.
