Terrible. They allowed a group to have a party and start fighting right above our room.…
I would give it a 5 but really they should pay more attention to it, the bathrooms do not…

The only thing that wasn't as needed was the shapoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty or had been there so long it was clogged. I can understand that the hotels have had little business due to Covid-19.
This hotel was the bare bones. The shower dispensers for shampoo and body wash were empty. The only toiletry provided was one bar of soap. I also found dark hair in the shower. The king size bed only had two pillows and there were no extras in the closets.
Horrible stay, the fireplace wasn’t working and we had to switch to a different room which wasn’t a king suite and had queen beds which wasn’t we booked for.
Our coffee maker had no lid on the carafe and was unusable - I requested a new carafe but it never showed up. We had to ask for body wash too. Overall, we felt comfortable and it was a pleasant stay!
The room was clean with reasonable accommodations but I was surprised and disappointed to find only 2 small pillows on a king size bed
The two-bedroom suite was actually a loft. With only a half wall at the head of the bed upstairs. So I was too afraid to let the kids share that bed as originally planned. (That meant I slept on the pull-out bed.) The room itself was great. Lots of space, and aside from the terrifying for a mom with kids loft, was perfect for our large family. I liked that there were two bathrooms and a full-size kitchen. There was a remote missing, the ceiling fan did not work, and there was no bedding for the pull-out bed. There was also no parking on Saturday night. None. I parked along the curb. They did offer a nice bag breakfast in lieu of a normal breakfast because of COVID. The location is good, it is right by the freeway, but also on the outskirts of a nice lakefront area. I would recommend this to someone for during the week but would recommend spending a bit more if you are able if you are staying just for the weekend.
The condition and cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. Even though there was a seal on the door that said it had been fully cleaned for COVID, there was candy and candy wrappers in the window seals, dust so thick you could right your name in it on the fireplace, and trash in the can. The pics used for advertisement must be at least 5 years old. Our room had light fixtures pulling loose from the ceiling, stains on the carpet, cracked and chipping paint, and cabinet doors that wpuldn't close. The fire place only worked to continuously run the heater with no way to adjust it other than unplugging it. The last night we were there, there was a party in another room and left no parking close to our room. And upon leaving the next morning, we found what looked to be a crack pipe with foil at the bottom of the stairs. I would not ever stay here again. Pictures attached for all claims listed.
The hotel is set up like your own apartment. They have wonderful amenities. Each unit had a balcony or private patio. The spacious suites are wonderful for 1 or for a family. I will stay at these suites again.
This was the second time we stay at this location. The first time we stayed it was perfect and so nice so we decided to stay our next trip as well. Well this one was the complete opposite. The room was not clean, dead spiders on the walls, cob webs everywhere. The fireplace didn't work, the remote didn't work, and the shower barely had any pressure at all. We were extremely disappointed this time. We asked for late check out and was told that we could check out at 1:30. At 12:05, there was the cleaners knocking on the door. Two minutes later we got a call from someone at the front desk. Obviously the girl I spoke with about late check out and the guy she was working with didn't speak or something. It was just really disappointing this stay.
Welcome to da hood! Thats what you'll be saying if you stay at this hotel! Had to call the cops on our last night. We stayed here one week and the first night kids were running, screaming, yelling all over the property. NO parents anywhere. Surprise, surprise. That should have been sufficient warning as the third night a big party next to us, which started about 11:30PM, complete with LOUD RAP MUSIC, loud voices people tramping up the wooden stairs outside etc. Two calls to the front desk quieted them down only to have the smoke alarm go off at 1:30AM!! They scattered like coach roaches and all was quit except for the alarm going off until they could shut it off. Our last night I had to cal the police. People yelling and lots of noise again and another smoke alarm going off in the building next to us at 11:30 PM. The fire dept. showed up so flashing red emergency lights load voices etc. After the fire dept left I opened the door to see who was creating all the noise and several black people were outside my door and one of them said something to me which I won't repeat and I CALLED THE POLICE. The police must have showed up because it got real quiet real quick. This is 12:30AM plus.
