A few issues: The ice maker was broken on our floor. The maid(s) failed to clean the room one day and forgot to stock coffee twice. One of the elevators froze on us and we had to wait for someone to come open the door. So maids and maintenance not good, but the rest of the staff was great.

great location, upscale but friendly hotel
quick hiccup with room at the beginning but they more than made up for it upgrading us to a suite that was awesome. very comfortable, quiet and easy walking distance to everything.

Not for short people...
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. I have two concerns... 1) the furniture and sinks were built for giants. I am 5ft 5in and i had to jump to get on the bed and stand on my tip toes to try and use the sink to brush my teeth or wsh my face. 2) When we first got to the room there was a cleaning cloth left on the window sill and we were missing a glass in the bathroom. I left the feedback on in a survey filled out signing in to the wifi and I got a call apologizing but noone came to take care of it and after 2 days the cleaning staff still didnt pick up the rag.
