Front Desk/Check In was too laid back - at times you could find nobody there. WiFi would only work best at Lobby area. When you inform the front desk they would say that they're "working on it". However, the quality of the internet in the room would remain the same with no real solution to the Wifi provided. Separately, when we checked in, they were confused about whether breakfast was included or not and having to call back 30 minutes later for more passport related questions even after we checked in and are in our room.
