he good and the bad
Most was Very good but here is the bad. Stayed 4 night, never got clean sheets. In fact never got maid service on our last day. Maid showed up at 6:45 as we were dressing for dinner, she said sorry she had a busy day. Pool was ice cold, beds were quite hard. Lake house had a great Thanksgiving buffet but the next night the food was just OK. Sushi and oysters were outstanding.But for the overall price not a bad value at all.

The amenities make this a stand out
The hotel was surprisingly amazing. Plus included in the resort fee is rock climbing, bikes, golf, canoeing and more. We got the breakfast included package and it was well worth it. Our friends who also went didn’t and regretted it. The breakfast buffet is nice and has a very large selection, in addition to a waffle/pancake station and an omelette station. The resort is very spacious with bike: hiking trails. Shuttle service to the parks, and it was pet friendly. Fire pits are available as dusk, and one of the pools is heated. The main pool has like 7 waterfalls and a tunnel into a grotto that leads to a jacuzzi. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be staying there again. The smallest complaint I had was the pillows and the sheets, and some noise from the room next door which happened to be a staff room. Aside from that it was great.

Excellent service, but one should not have to ask for wash clothes in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Otherwise was perfect!!

El hotel se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones, su personal es muy amable. Podrían mejorar el hecho de que falta personal que hable español u otros idiomas en la recepción. Llame a pedir vasos desechables y se tardaron pero llegaron. El desayuno buffett es muy bueno y se incluyó en mi reservación pero la realidad es que puede resultar mas costo efectivo pedir desayuno a la carta si las personas que viajan con usted no comen mucho y/o poco y/o son bien difíciles para encontrar lo que les gusta, el desayuno resulta muy costoso de esa forma y máxime que a un adulto que come bien poquito no se le puede pagar desayuno de niño. Antes de hacer la reservación determine quien realmente en su grupo come tanto como para adquirir el pase al buffett, en mi caso perdí el dinero.
