Staff are welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient to public transportation, there is a BART station just steps away. The hotel is within walking distance to Union Square, the Ferry Building, or for a stroll along the promenade with a view of the water. Guests of the hotel can enjoy 10% discount from the restaurants in the Embarcadero complex. One not to miss is the excellent Harborview Chinese restaurant. Nearby there is a bus stop that will take you to Chinatown. Inside the Ferry Building, a shop sells the “Clipper Card” that is valid for travel on BART, the metro, buses, and ferries.
