Well worth the money for the suite!
We stayed in a suite which was above what we expected for the price. Full size fridge, dish washer, utensils, plates, pots, pans, and a bedroom you could cut off from the living room. Actual central air as well!! Only two gripes were you could smell cigarette smoke in the hall and there was silly string on the walls housekeeping missed.

This particular location was not pleasing. It was not clean. The rooms were small and hair was everywhere. The hallways were dirty. The carpet throughout the property was filthy. I have enjoyed my stay with Residence Inn in the past but this was horrible.

The people are very friendly & helpful but the complex was very dirty. No vacuuming in the hallways or stairways. People set their trash out in the hallway & no one picked it up for days. The back entrance has trash & food debris on the ground. This is not what I expect from a Marriott! Very disappointing.

Front desk was very friendly and quick check in. The beds were so comfortable. I felt like I was in a apartment. It was very clean and stocked with all kitchen essentials. The sofa bed was a great addition.

Standard clean residence inn. Biggest gripes were they didn't have any pillows for the pull out bed. Asked the front desk, and said they didn't have any. Also, the AC didn't have a good temperature control on it. When it was on it was good, but it stayed off too long and got hot.

The thing that was disappointing at first was the floors in the room wasn't swept or vacuumed and the ice maker in the freezer didn't work. The staff was very prompt in getting the room floors done and gave me a nice size bag of ice as I was only staying a couple days and opted to have the fridge replaced at that time. I was pleased with how fast and friendly they were in handling the issue.
