I arrived to check in and the atmosphere was nice until I went to the front counter. The lady that was doing my check in was not very friendly. There was no hello how you doing today … what brings you here…. No friendly anything. I didn’t feel very welcomed. The women blonde women that works during the day was very friendly and engaging. She made the stay feel better. I would go here again if everyone made at least half her efforts. Ok stay overall.

There was a dirty rag in the tub when I got there. The “breakfast” was a lunch bag with a small bottle of water and a small packaged roll. The door had gaps all around it and there was a lot of noise from other rooms next to me. I will not stay here again.

This is a little gem of a hotel. I had to book last minute and was nervous about such a low price for the room, but the reviews were good so I gave it a chance. I'm so glad I did! Well-lit, quiet, near the highway but not noisy. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling with my baby. The room was clean, everything worked, and the bed was comfy! The heat worked great and the room was already a comfortable temperature when I arrived. Even the buildings next door looked nice and not sketchy. And they had an elevator! Thanks Premiere Suites, Livermore!

I will file a suit with health and safety. They put me in a room and i almost died because the fumes from the previous visitors vomit consumed me. Woman at front desk is a sociopathic.

The property was not clean. It had no amenities and was going under construction. I could hear elevator noise in the room. Room was not cleaned properly. It should be a two star property.

The property is old, but going through a remodel. In a quiet part of town, but a couple of minutes away from shops and box stores for all your needs. The room was clean including all the bedding and linens. Just needs an update. At the time, the hotel name did not have its name on the building. Overall, good experience.

The hotel was fine and seemed clean BUT there was rotting food in the dresser and a child's backpack . It was obvious nobody checked the room before our arrival. I put the garbage outside our room and it was still there the next day. Also, the tv/coffee pot/microwave situation wasn't ideal. We had to unplug the microwave to watch tv. And it was hard to get behind the dresser to do this.
