Gym only open 8-5?!?
It was okay. Friendly at front desk, but rooms were just "fine". Can hear neighbors, rolling suitcases outside door, and cars starting up outside. Biggest complaint was WHAT GYM IS ONLY OPEN 8-5? Like, really? Don't most people want to exercise first thing in the AM or later at night? That would be helpful if advertised...

Stayed one night here while touring the Grand Canyon. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Convenient walk to catch shuttles to canyon. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to grand canyon
The staff was friendly. The beds were fine but the shower was horrible. After a long hectic day, we all wanted a nice relaxing shower but was very disappointed.

Good location
It’s a place to sleep near Grand Canyon. Location is excellent in that regard. Has 2 buildings. One is an actual hotel. Other is a motel which we got stuck in on the second floor so had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Outside of 2nd building is a bit run down and the room was cramped. Furnishings inside were decent.

Amazing location, standard hotel room!
This was a good stay overall! The location is perfect, so close to the Grand Canyon entrance and even closer to the Grand Canyon airport, where we had a 5:45am start for a plane tour which we left the hotel at 5:40am for and we’re early. The only downside was they aren’t doing housekeep during stays. Which if that were the case, I’d explore Airbnb’s as an option instead. I totally get not needing new sheets and towels for a 2 night stay, but to not have someone come in to even make up the room, it’s not the same feeling come back to a hotel room after 13 hours of exploring. All that to say, I’d recommend it, but they should advertise that they don’t do any housekeeping during your stay (they did note if there’s something you want, you can call down to request it).
