Manila Stay
Upon a late night check in reception tried to tell us only room available was a twin single where we had booked a king bed … after questioning them miraculously a king room became available! Not something one needs after travelling 20 hours to get to hotel. Very disappointing!! Once we had the right room our stay was great , the buffet breakfast is amazing, hotel is a little old but clean and staff friendly Good location to discover Manila

Awful experience. Rooms not ready for check in at designated time. Rooms not 100% clean. Food and shuttle service WAYYYY overpriced. Was more expensive then the Conrad which is wayyy nicer and more luxurious. Old hotel and would NOT recommend.
