Everything about this hotel is Excellent apart from the road that need to be tarred. Christy, Sinthia, and the other staff are very accommodating, if I have any reason to go to Kenya I will definitely lodge there again.

TRANSPORTATION WAS HARD AS THE ROAD IS VERY BAD. They couldn't even recognize me and wanted to charge me until I threatened to pull out the email showing I had paid. The attendant tried to give me a single bed when I had paid for A Double bed.

This was my thrid time staying at Palms, I have always felt welcomed upon arrival at the airport with a pick up and transfer to the Guesthouse. The property is very clean, staff is eager to assist in making your stay comfortable. They offer a wonderful breakfast and dinner should you wish to have it there. I always arrive late at night. My bags are taken to my room where there is a bottle of water and I am brought a nice warm tea to help me relax and get sleep to be ready for my next day.
