Lovely.
First time visiting Pasadena. Lovely lobby. Check in process was professional and friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING every day. I love the room being cleaned every day. Not so great to pay additional for parking, but it was very convenient.

Hyatt
The room was really nice and it was clean. Only problem that I had was it was clearly understaffed. It was hard to find someone to do things like bring new coffee pods into the room. They did not restock them for me, so there was nothing really there. They don’t have a real food service system so even getting coffee when it’s not breakfast is tough. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Room was clean and well designed and fresh. Casting capability to TV would have been nice given the limited number of channels available. Large amount of overflow trash left by guests next to full trash can near elevators remained for 15 hours from the previous day and looked awful.
