Residence Alpha

The room is excellent! Everything is so new in the room and we can see the ocean from our room directly! The jacuzzi on the rooftop is amazing with the beautiful view! We love here so much and we should have came here earlier to enjoy!

The apartment was VERY hard to find. The location was not where Google maps said it was and it took us over 30 minutes to find, including walking up VERY steep steps and paths carrying heavy suitcases. Once we found it there was no one there to check us in and we waited for 20 minutes. But once checked in the apartment was really nice and everything was brand new.

The property was very modern with excellent views, air conditioning and good shower. Tray in shower needs raised to stop the floor getting soaked. For the property and the view, i would stay again however i found it too far away from the centre og cavtat. I

Room and layout modern, nice and clean. Bummed that bathroom had no counter space at all and offered no amenities other than dispenser hand soap. With a late check in, I wasn't up to going back into town for shampoo, body wash, face wash cloth, hair dryer, etc. Be aware the airport is only a few miles away and expect to hear and see most plane take offs and incoming plane approach.

The property was fantastic, new, beautiful and clean, with amazing views. Shops, restaurants, transport and most amenities are a 20 min walk away.

Very hard to find with roads that are quite narrow.

Difficult to find location. Slightly austere welcome but it was after 11pm when we finally found the place. Cats everywhere! We like cats even feral ones. Had to pay in hard cash. Cards not accepted which makes you feel like you’re in the underworld. Expensive for what it was in an ongoing building site. Wouldn’t stay again.

The access to the property is very difficult. It should not be rented to older people or people with physical disabilities.

The property is good. The biggest negative is steep stairs. If one has to carry suitcase up- it is not easy. The apartments are good, since located high up, the view is good. Going to the town is a good walk. Because of the proximity to the airport we stayed there for a night. Davor and Stanka were very good. We booked the shuttle for a fee. That worked out well.

View from property is fantastic! Property management was extremely helpful. Wifi was horrible and did not work anywhere other than one spot outside the building, outside noise late into the night made it difficult to get any rest. The shower design could be rethought as the open side created a lot of water spilling throughout the bathroom floor after a shower.
