We love this place, clean and spacious, we used washer and dryer once, it works great. Host provided us with the laundry detergent. We cooked once in the kitchen with provided olive oil and salt. Excellent place to stay, location is perfect. The apartment was safe, extremely clean and Christian, the manager was always there in the front desk and very helpful. We are planning to return to this apartments when we come back to Madrid.

Communication started prior to arrival to ensure check in was easy. Suite was clean and had many kitchen amenities. It is by a busy area and the windows keep out most of the sounds, but there is the occasional yelling around 2 to 3am. Location is very close to sol station (which is having lots of construction), plaza mayor and the market. There is also a place to do groceries nearby as well. Highly recommend for those who don't mind the bustle of the city as the location and property itself is nice.

Fabulous Place!
My stay at Arenal Suites was great! Fantastic location within walking distance to many attractions. The suite has a large living area and was very clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer in the room! Very convenient. Walk out the back door of the building and there is a supermarket/department store with literally everything you would ever need. Definitely recommend!

The room was terrific. Spacious, clean, quiet, modern, with all the amenities that you need for a short or long stay. The location was very convenient to the metro and train. The person that checked me in was very helpful and made sure that I could contact her via WhatsApp if we needed anything during our stay. I would definitely stay there again and recommend Arenal Suites to others.

The apartment is excellently located. It was as advertised, super clean and comfortable. Maria’s customer service was excellent as well. Will definitely return and recommend others to stay. Only issue with our apartment (#6) is that the dryer (washer/dryer unit) did not properly dry clothes. We performed several cycles and ended up drying clothes in hangers. Other than that, excellent stay.
