Fabulous hotel, beautifully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive with good knowledge of English language. Views from hotel are amazing and hotel is in great location. Breakfasts were delicious.
We had a great stay. Due to the corona, things were different but the hotel and staff did a great job and we certainly are coming back.
I don΄t like the bed pillow, one was small and the other was too big
Our room was a little on the small side, but otherwise everything else about this hotel was exceptional. Amazing views of both castles, amazing breakfast, great pool and spa facilities, and great bar with outdoor area. Loved our stay here, wish we had longer.
Very good!
The wc too small, the sink too small, too. That is why the water easy come outside,, make the floor wet.
Spas being textile free was unexpected and unfortunate. We were vacationing with family and did not feel comfortable sans clothing. It would have been nice to have a spa option with clothing or at least allowing cover up with towel.
Hotel sits in the most beautiful setting in a quiet location between two large castles. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and cared for, very comfortable lounge areas. Breakfast was excellent. Limited dinner options were great. Rooms are small but nicely furnished and comfortable. Check in was slow and did not accommodate for our needs unfortunately and there was one incident with a staff member that was very rude when we attempted to order food and drink in the bar area - otherwise staff were friendly
Love itl!! It was my dream to visit the castles and have a room overlooking both made it even better. Breakfast was amazing, loved the honey. The leisure facilities super relaxing. If I was to highlight couple of things to improve it will be: training of staff - a bartman should now about the beer is selling and the concierge - should now how much a taxi cost to the station, even better hotel should have a rate agreed for it. Food menu in the bar can handle two or three more dishes, after a couple of night you run out of new things to try 😉. But even if any of these will change I will be back in a heart bit. Thank you for a magical stay. See you soon 😉
The property was gorgeous!! Staff was helpful and polite. Our room was small, but beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a view of the castle right outside our window! That was AMAZING! The breakfast buffet was exceptional! We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa area as well. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in the area.
