This place is a dump, we walked in..Sat down..Looked around and left. We went to a Holiday Inn and stayed. The owner refused a refund of an sort but it looks like he may need that money more than I do to fix the place up!!

Poor 2.0
Horrible management- no one at property
DON"T STAY HERE! Made arrangements for manager to leave our door unlocked, and when we arrived the whole property was locked up- office closed, no lights on, and no one answers the phone. For sale sign in front. Waited at property and called for 4 hours trying to get ahold of someone and finally left and had to find another hotel. Very poor management. After all that the manager refused to refund me.

Romantic , Cozy
We loved the cabin , it was cozy exactly what we wanted for our anniversary. The music played in the Patio at night was very romantic.

Only confusing part was check in. I must have missed an email with the code for the key box. But there was a staff member there who gave me the code.

Pros: The property was well kept and in the perfect location. Love the North 40 Bar and grill. We didn’t have to leave for supper after driving a few hours to get there. Check in was a breeze and the place was clean. Microwave and fridge in room was a plus. Bobby was great to interact with and the food was delicious. Cons: Parking was a challenge. We had 2 towels for three of us. I didn’t know where or how to get clean towels for second night. Biggest thing for me, water pressure in shower at times was zero and at best a small spurt of water for 2-3 minutes a time. Overall, I enjoyed my time at North 40 and I’d stay again but the water problem would definite have to be addressed.
