No parking, park your own risk finding in the getto street , no air conditioning in the room. 1 towel provided for even for 2 bedrooms with 4 adults. People were drinking and talking loud by the window by the room 101. After complaining, people left in hours. They hates online booking specifically Expedia.

No air condition, only a ceiling fan. Small refrigerator did not work, toilet seat too close to the wall, faucet water had no hot water, toilet tissue located in the rear of the toilet. However, I saved money overall and it was clear it's an informal hotel. Staff was nice and security clearly visible throughout the day and night. Decorations and paintings were beautiful. Throughout the hotel the tile floor was so clean I saw people walking around barefoot it. I recommend it to only single men for Business without female company.

What I don’t like is paying to a company that doesn’t care at all if the client is staying in a safe place or not . When we buy a hotel we don’t know what are we getting to . I could not go out at night because I was told by everyone that I was in a very unsafe area .

Hotel Milan Costa Rica
Customer service was great. We required pick up from airport and late check in. Driver met us at the airport, drove us to the hotel. The staff at the desk were very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great for convenient access to bus terminals. The local neighborhood was far from stellar. Given this fact, I was surprised with the flimsy door lock. (I took everything important with me when I left the room.) Sound proofing is poor. Luckily everyone shut down by 10 on the weekday and it ended up very quiet through the night. I appreciated the effort to supply bag breakfasts for early departures. (Contents not favourable for me.) I will very likely book again for my transits through San Jose.
