The only downside of this hotel is that there is no elevator and the steps are narrow. To be fair the staff helped us with the luggage..

Gracias.

Booked at very short notice so my room was not ready, but the staff were very helpful, they let me get changed in another room and then sent me a sms when my room was ready, very helpful! The hotel is in a great location if you are on a budget and you are visiting the Riazor Stadium
