Quite simply one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is second to none. Everything is spotless throughout the hotel room and the hotel itself. The pictures were all accurate and it was better than the pictures in certain spots. The team at the hotel from reception, pool maintenance, security staff and cleaning staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and attentive. It was an oasis of peace and tranquility. I hired a bike from reception and it was a great way to see the town and get to the beautiful beaches. Thank you for making my trip so comfortable

Perfect getaway spot
We LOVED this property! The small staff was all super friendly and did whatever they could to make sure we had everything we could want. Due to travel restrictions the resort was basically empty and they were still operating as if it was full of guests. We had a private yoga session at the hotel that was really cheap but incredible & the property has a small but perfect gym. The property is new and everything is so well done from the front desk to the landscaping to every detail in between. We rented one of the penthouses with a private pool, it was everything we could have asked for. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Great air conditioning Felt very safe and secure Very clean Friendly staff Free Parking If you like to be away from the crowds and relax this is the spot.

Lovely suite with nice balcony and living area to sit back and relax. Well equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking. Nice pool and gym facilities. Staff were always very welcoming and helpful! A bit out from Tulum Centro but easily reached by car or taxi in under 5minutes, or you can borrow the hotel bikes.

Our stay here was great! It was great to be in town, but tucked back on a quiet street. The room was very nice and comfortable and the pool was very clean and enjoyable. We would defiantly recommend staying here.
