The hotel was really nice and had an excellent location, staff was super friendly and accommodating. As a vip I received complimentary drinks and early check in which was very convenient for me. Every single time I called the front desk to make a request they answer promptly which to me is priceless. My only recommendation is about the pool; is not big at all and the water was a bit cloudy so I was not able to use. I also asked to keep the room key because I collect them as keepsakes of my trips but the agent said NO and there would be a $25 fee if keys was not returned, call me sentimental but that was a bummer for me. Thanks everyone who made me feel home away from home while I was in Perú.
