Extremely loud with doors slamming all hours of the night. internet not sufficient to allow TV to work- constant buffering so it was not watchable. Front desk was of no help re: noise or internet

Absolutely horrible, first night i had to call the dromt desk because peiple were fighting at 1245pm and a kod was screaming saying they were hungry to the parent. People atopping around being loud evem though there are quiet hour signs posted all over. Cpuldnt us the ac because it smelt like mold, npt tp mentiom the filter was so dirty aith dust. Opened the window, i have a dront faceing window toward the street and right below is the front porxh of thos beach house, piple out there all night smoking weed and cigarettes so i had to close the window and sweat all night. The second night. Went to sleep.arpund 10pm because i have to get up early and leave to be woken up to a family stomping up the stairs with a screaming kid again. About 30 minutes later a couple lady's coming in being loud. Finally gwt back to sleep and then woken at 330am because again some loud annoying women are on the front porch smoking weed and cigarettes again. Needlesa to say this was the worse experience ever I will never stay here agin nor recommend this place tp anyone.

Hidden fees upon arrival after paying in advance. We were on the third floor of the Beach House. No elevators and my husband is in his 60s. It was very difficult to lug everything up and down the stairs. No seats or table in room, only bed, small side tables and one lamp. Staff were rude during every interaction. Beds were worn out with springs in our backs. Newly painted but not good at all. We left a day early.

The room was very clean. Ive stayed at quite a few place in the beach and i always find a little sand on the floors. Not here, the room was spotless. The staff was accommodating abd answered all my questions with a smile.
