We returned after a 12-day cruise to Antarctica.
Check-in was okay, although I had to reiterate that, as a Gold member of Expedia, one of the benefits was a room upgrade. As a result, we were given a complimentary upgrade.
I also had to request slippers, as it seems the housekeeping staff forgot to leave them after cleaning the room. The liquid soaps in both the sink and the shower had run out.
Since it was just a transit point for us, the stay was adequate.
