This place is clean and quiet but room is a bit stuffy. Needed to open windows & doors and run fans (wish fans were quieter) Although, they’re working on some improvements the place is quiet.

Some negatives but ultimately a great stay and location.The pool was closed, no vending machines, and part of the property was under construction. Also I could not get the heat to turn off in the room but it wasnt uncomfortable. The place is a little outdated but honestly the location, cleanliness of the rooms and staff made this a great stay.

A bit pricey but that’s to be expected in the Monterey area…. Only n noticeable inconvenience was broken ice machine. Microwave looked like it was 20 years old but it still worked.

Smelly room

The room is big and comfortable, it has night stands where to put your phone and a desk, the tv worked well but the SMELL IS TERRIBLE. The cleaning lady should use better cleaning supplies. We kept the door open a lot and the bathroom window. We had some disinfectant products and some air fresheners but the carpet in the room and the bathroom floor has be clean hard. All our efforts to improve the smell in the bathroom and room was not successful. The ice machine was broken and the pool was closed. We did not use anything else on the Property.

Only the seagulls were allowed, pool closed

The best I can say is that it's a low budget hotel. Very dated and showing it's age. The room was clean, but nothing special. I would stay here again if on a budget.

Small and simple hotel. We had two rooms, one had a bit of a bad smell but they changed it and everything was fine. Good shower, shampoo and bath products. There is a hair dryer. The place is quiet and ok. It wasn't incredibly clean, but it was great!
