8/10 Very good

Food very good, hotel in need of refurbishment in places both inside and out but did not distract from an enjoyable stay
Anita, 4-night trip

The staff are a credit to the hotel. I found them helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded to the president suite room 128 i would highly recommend for families. Even though the room was a little dated it was clean and tidy. Have already rebooked for our next break

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel is just old and very dated. Needs money spending on it. Overall we had a great stay. Blackpool is full- on abd you're really only in the room to sleep. Room was a generous size, plenty of room for me and 2 kids. Bathroom could have been cleaner
Louise, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Rooms were filthy dirty. All old and run down. Wouldnt even stand in that bath it was foul.
Hannah, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Not a bad room not amazing , ok for one night , check in was fine , noisy people next door, wall paper thin , lucky took noise cancelling headphones for sleep , Would stay again
Steveb, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Took an hour and a half to check in. Hotel on outside approach and initial check in is run down, outdated and grubby. Not to the point that it’s unbookable, but even for £80 a night basic cleanliness is an absolute minimum and effort had been made sporadically at best. That’s being generous.
James, 1-night trip

I've been to the Norbreck before. Its basic, but fine for a base to explore Blackpool Cleveleys and Fleetwood. The bar, Copper Face Jacks was only open once during my 5 day stay, and when i asked why it was closed, i was told it was due to lack of staff. Apart from that, it was fine and i will be back.
Robin, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Good value for price paid. Good entertainment. Good breakfasts. Poor general housework e.g. the staircase needed cleaning more regularly. Good general cleaning and decorating would start to make it a more credible reputation.
James, 2-night trip

3rd visit. Check in chaos as usual. Room was clean but bathroom vent was very dirty & windows don’t close properly which did let it down. At least they’ve fixed the electric door keys. Friendly staff & excellent weekend entertainment.
Raymond, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lady on reception was amazing, gave great recommendations, bar staff less so. Car parking good-£3 a day, rooms ok, food at restaurants pricey for what it was. Pool facilities good, although not included in the price of the room. Had some noise problems on second night but quick call to reception and security came to sort no further issues. Would stay again if price remains cheap.
Katrina, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Still needs a lot of work especially outside room was clean good size
Lynn, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

After reading the reviews about the Norbreck we were a bit dubious about our stay, glad we decided to see for ourselves, everything was what we wanted, we tried to extend our booking but after the receptionist tried his best there was nothing available. On our return home we got booked in for the following week
Ann, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Floor collapsed in main entertainment area whole building in terrible condition
Rod, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We checked in on-line with the understanding we just collect our key on arrival. How wrong we were. We still had to queue with those who hadn't checked in on-line, 90 mins in total we waited! Surely a separate desk to collect keys is the answer!
Michael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pretty quiet hotel apart from the creaky floors. Anyone below me would be very irritated! Lovely large bath for a 5.10 person! Pillows a bit lumpy and wish there had been room for a bedside table next to the bed.
Sharon, 1-night trip

For the price absolute bargain. Clean room and cabaret show was good. Would stay again

Another good value stay. Only thing was lift was out of order and was on 3rd floor but wasnt too bad and the extra bit of excercise probably did me good.

Norbreck review

I had a really nice stay. Tremendous bath and shower facilities. Staff were really polite, pleasant and helpful. I'd heard some bad reviews before staying so I was pleasantly surprised.

so close to the tram stop for a ride into Blackpool itself

Poor Service

No brush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, tissue were provided. These are basic things to get in a hotel room but unfortunately nothing was given. When asked they replied “ they don’t offer these things”. And how come it’s acceptable for guest to pay for car park I have no idea. Customers need to pay for car park when they are staying in the hotel make no sense. Moreover really long que at front desk, shortage of staff and whenever you call reception they take ages to answer the call.
