The ladies up front were very helpful and accommodating. Good customer service! But the room smelled like smoke and bad perfume to cover the odor (despite there being signs everywhere about no smoking allowed) The carpet was so dirty I kept my shoes on except when in bed. The room did not smell or feel clean because of the carpet. The price was too high for this overnight stay.

We booked 2 kings. When we arrived we were told that Expedia overbooked and there was no suites available. We told them 2 doubles would be fine. The one room was okay other than the fact it was dirty carpet etc. the second room was unbearable. It smelled like cat urine and was just awful. We told them at the front desk and had to leave and said we would be back after our event. We told them we could just cancel one of the rooms and stay in the other. We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. After being on hold for an hour they told us we would have an answer after they spoke with the property. When we got back they had told us they found a king suite one of us could move into so we just agreed. This morning I got an email from Expedia saying there was nothing they could do because get this “no complaint was made to hotel.” I can forgive the room situation but I won’t be lied about or to. The rooms carpet was totally nasty. Roaches in bathroom and crawling up the wall. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever use Expedia again. The whole experience was terrible at best.

It was a very comfortable one night stay and we would stay again. The bathroom sink was clogged and had no soaps or shampoos but the staff quickly rectified the issues. The advertised breakfast was only instant grits and convenience store chocolate and powered donuts which was disappointing since we were expecting the waffle machine like Hampton Inn provides. The outside pool was closed and empty. The staff was very friendly and homey though quite casual.

Upon arrival, you may notice an exterior facade that could use an uplift, a parking lot that could use a pave, and a pool one could add water to. These minor curbside details are just a few small pieces of the cover that one could judge an entire book upon. Don't be fooled, this is a genuine (5)Star resort. The rooms are comfortable, maintained ,and clean.ive found the staff to be kind, hardworking, respectful and genuine. Give it a shot and you will see that there is an affordable, quality, and comfortable stay here that is well kept and truly accommodating. Regardless of whom or what may check-in or out- this place delivers.

Not a place for a family
When we got there there was people smoking weed in the parking lot and just hanging out. My kids were so scared we didn’t even check in just looked for somewhere else to stay. Couldn’t even get a partial reimbursement. Definitely not a place to take your family.

Terrible. Didnt end up staying.
After spending approximately only 1-2 hours at this hotel, I promptly checked out. I did not feel safe on the premises nor was this suitable for habitation. The first thing I noticed after checking in and heading to my room was the cracked tiles in the elevator and holes in the back of the elevator wall as well as dirt and grime lining the corners and seams of the floor. Arriving at the second floor, the furniture in the landing area was broken and either missing cushions or utilizing cushions that were not meant to be with the furniture. The carpet was stained and there was a stench of marijuana in the air. As I approached my room, there was a hole in the door under the lock mechanism, and after opening the door to the room, I was greeted with a hole in the bathroom door, a mirrored closet door that was not on the track which was broken, a drawer to the dresser that was broken and off the track, what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet, a broken air-conditioning/heating unit that was pulling away from the wall, scratches on the nightstand, broken tiles in the bathroom, and what appeared to be a dirty towel on the bathtub as well as broken and peeling walls above the shower enclosure. There were many, what I assume to be, weekly residents of the establishment loitering in the lobby area as well as unattended children riding bicycles in the parking lot. Upon check out, I was refunded the deposit but not the room fee. I would like to receive a full refund of any and all
