"Nice clean and spacious room in a great location. The staff was helpful as we navigated getting our rental car thru the narrow streets. We couldn't figure out the sink drain or the balcony doors, but the staff came straight up to our room to help us figure them out (they were pretty simple). The shower was fun one we figured out the controls. There were an unusual number of light switches for such a small hotel room. We asked for ice, they don't have a real ice machine, but they were able to get a tray with some cubes from the common freezer. I swear we're not normally that dim, not sure why we had such a challenge figuring out how to work the controls in the room?!? Thanks to the front desk woman for helping us."

"On arrival the hotel is good for the price staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The only downfall the front door didn’t lock from inside when going to sleep also Aircon doesn’t work in the rooms, Lack of towels and breakfast was okay but always cold wasn’t very much variety, but you do pay for what you get. Location wise was good plenty of restaurants nearby to eat but once again just disappointed with the breakfast plenty of parking out on the street. No need to use the hotel parking as you are charged €5 per night parking in the hotel car park."

"Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended."

"Very smart hotel recently refurbished, possibly re built. High tech, which is a problem. The hotel gives you lots of information before arriving. Parking is expensive, but you are in the centre of town. The hotel is controlled by technology, no room keys, digital check in etc.... On the day we arrived we were not told that there was no Wi Fi or internet connection. When we asked how we could connect we were told that was not possible and the engineers could not work out why, so we would have to do without. This hotel is run by technology, but the staff don't know how to control it. Which means anything could go wrong and customers would just have to do without. Possibly no lift, no air conditioning, no hot water, no access to your room. Everything relies on the technology. Our problem was small, no internet and no Wi Fi. After a rather lengthy debate with the manager, a rather shaky connection was made. It sometimes worked, sometimes not. No real solution, just a patch up job. The pool advertised is not a pool its a plunge pool. Small and narrow. The rooftop sun area has 5 loungers. For a hotel with 5 floors of rooms. A joke. Yes it has everything advertised, but that's just to get bookings. We stayed one night. Would not stay longer. All very smart and clever, but we felt cheated."
