Had to move to another hotel the first night because a group of students didn't check out that day. Toilet broke on the second day so had to move again. Hotel wrote an apology letter and gave me a fruit basket for the trouble. The staff was very accommodating and helpful so that made up for it. Wished they have elevators and a restaurant in house though. Had to go to the Fair View next door to get dinner in the rain multiple days. Overall not a bad hotel but not the most convenient one.

Very conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. The hotel is located on the 13th floor and above in a shared building. Stayed 3 nights and the room is of a decent size and very clean and new for the price. Breakfast is not included but you may get it at their dining hall or cafes within a short walk away. Many power points available for ease of charging devices. The drawback is there is some pub or disco nearby that is very noisy late into the early morning but the soundproof of the room...
