"Among other hotel in this street or close vacinity, I found this hotel is clean and more helpful. Staffs are giving direction to hotel patrons and also passer-by. I came in early morning and check in is very smooth."

"Clean bedsheets and pillow cases. Quiet environment. Highly secured premises. Easy to use CHECK IN including $50 ringgit cash holding deposit which was refundable upon CHECK OUT. This hotel was only a year old so it’s almost new. However, as majority of hotels experiencing flying insects, this hotel has obviously good pest control work being done. Walking distance to R & F mall which also has a link bridge to CIQ, City Sq & JBCC shopping malls plus surrounding local yummy dishes 😋🤗. HIGHLY...

"Amazing stay! The receptionist are helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my stay and a bit sad I had to leave the place for my next trip. You can easily find food and groceries just accross the street from the entrance of the hotel. I recommend shama suasana for anyone who wants to stay at Johor Bahru. Thank you very much for your hospitality!"

"Good location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc) Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels). Ample food options at the ground level as well."

"Excellent room, very clean. Location also not bad"

"The hotel is within walking distance to KSL Mall and some of the eateries we visited. Hotel staff are also very friendly. The room upgrades also came as a pleasant surprise for us even though it's only a 1 night stay booking. "

"Not the first time here, easy n simple check in/out process. Convenient across the causeway and there are many shops downstairs too. Clean apartment too, thank u"
