"Overall, this was a great stay. Recommend. The staff alone make the hotel - by far the friendliest and sweetest staff I have ever encountered! The suite was beautiful and quite comfortable. Great location for all things in Kuching."

"Comfortable - quiet room with a lovely view of the river. Food is excellent especially the breakfast. Accommodating & helpful staff. Our preferred place to stay in Kuching "

"Meritin hotel is in Kuching Chinatown area with lots of local eateries and pastry traditional shops nearby. The free 103 tourist bus is just 1 min walk from the hotel. A supermarket Everise just opposite the hotel. Room is clean and functional. Recommended."

"City Center. Walking distance to Waterfront. Eating places are surrounded"

"I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kuching. The room was better than I expected for the price and can't really beat the location"

"Amazing property, refurbished and spanking new. Location is quite strategic. I would rebook this property again if given the chance. Comfy, clean and friendly services. "

"Free safety box. Free water filling station. Secure elevator."

"Well placed hotel for walking to many places in Kuching. The complimentary breakfast is Spartan but there are many eateries for breakfast close by. Nice pool."

"The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! "

"Very good hotel for the price."

"Wallpaper needs upgrading. Lift was fast, that's good. Location is mostxsyratrgic for travellers planning to see Kuching city on foot"

"Great service and really friendly staff. Great location although this there is a nightclub close so you can hear but good windows and ear plugs work well, perhaps ask for a quiet room. They looked after our bags while we went away on the longhouse trip "

"We had a beautiful time at the Pullman. Our bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. The staff were always helpful and polite to us. The pool is enormous!"

"Overall, the facilities are excellent and conveniently located in the downtown area, Kuching. We had a nice stay at the hotel and staff were friendly. Directory of the operation, Kenny Tham was extremely helpful with arranging a day tour for us. "

"This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, it’s located right across 2 famous streets in Kuching. Hotel breakfast is great, rooms are clean and room cleaning is done daily."

"The staff that I liaise with is very responsive & helpful person. I truly appreciate her prompt & quick reply."

"Great breakfast options for the price. They stocked up water bottles and towels on our 2nd day which was nice. The only unpleasant thing was the water pressure is quite low."

"Convenient location to food, shopping and walkable to the waterfront. Friendly staff. "

"Excellent hotel and restaurant staff. All were very courteous, and receptive to our needs. Food was excellent and delicious. We really admired the historical and authentic indigenous artifacts and decor found in the lobby, cafeteria and on the grounds. The Wi-Fi was good but weak in some areas. The rooms were clean but dated. However the hotel is undergoing a major renovation beginning with the first floor. "
