"The resort was beautiful! It’s spacious however, it’s walkable. They offer plenty of activities for all, variety of dining options. There seems to be a pool around every corner including the most gorgeous infinity pool. The ocean is a short walk with plenty of chairs. The staff is professional and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!"

"The staff at this hotel is top notch. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are immaculate. There is housekeeping offered twice a day, morning and evening. The turn down service at the end of the night was wonderful to come back to after dinner. Special mention to Nicholas @ Oregano and Vladimir @ The Grill went above and beyond in providing a great experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the experience and food never disappoint. "

"The facilities were spectacular, the beach was exceptionally clean, entertainment was fabulous! Would defiantly recommend to enjoy their stay at Serenade. The Spa would need to adjust their prices to a more reasonable rates. Spa is definitely overcharging for their facilities use, and their massages. Facilities use as $60!! should be more like $25-$35. Massages were $199 p/p. should be more in rage of $100-150. I could have used less in "selling" from the hotel staff on the excursions. "

"Our room was cleaned and restocked with the mini frig full, more snacks, and a new bottle of wine or rum each day. The buffets were delicious and the steakhouse a big hit. Also the see by sea restaurant was delicious with lobster on the menu at night. Highly recommend Majestic Elegance to anyone looking for a great all inclusive. Staff super friendly and nightly entertainment and pool entertainment each day as well. Not to mention buffet during the day right on the beach. Was great! "
