He was so helpful to us even when we had issues trying to make him piss up payments, you know he was very willing, giving us suggestions on what to do to make things easier for us towels were very clean. They were very white bedsheets felt really soft and nice. Yeah the mattress as well, really comfortable...

We were greeted by Patrick Thuku at the arrivals terminal with a huge smile and warm welcome! Our checkin was met with a warm, welcome back! Much to our surprise that the staff remembered us :-). We even asked, “you remember us?” The following day started off with a bang! Breakfast downstairs - chef’s kiss. And guess what, they remembered us from our last visit too!...
