"Love this hotel!"

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Florence very much. The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything about the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone going to Florence. The only complaint I have is that there was a persistent noise from perhaps the aircon vent or pipe all the time. It kept us up at night quite a bit. It sounded like someone knocking the ceiling board or water dripping. We told the Front Desk to fix it, but they said they could not do so even without looking at it. They offered to change our room but we had to do so immediately, right away. We were rushing for a tour so we didn't have time to switch rooms. When we eventually checked out, we told the Front Desk about the problem again. They said it could be the thermostat but there was nothing they could do about it.

The location of Hotel Club is definitely most convenient. It is just across the street on the right side of Milan Central Station and only 15 mins walking distance to Duomo and the rest of the attractions. Restaurants are abundance along the way. Rooms are cosy, comfortable and renovation work is still in progress. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to all.

Thought it was a bit pricy..I mean not value for money...may be because i booked a week earlier before my stay..so it could be expensive..
Please note if you have enough luggage..ask them to give room where you don't Hv to climb stairs..although they have lift service at every floor..but to access some rooms at every level u need to climb few stairs..I got the room where I had to climb..with luggage..they are not prompt in providing bell boy service..
Overall it was a nice hotel..
"Small hotel with good location"

Small but clean and efficient hotel within 10 minutes' walk from the Firenze SMN train station. Breakfast buffet was good and staff service was attentive. Was able to walk to many main attractions from hotel. The included Wi-Fi service was much appreciated.
"Excellent service. My best experience in Italy!"

My second stop for Italy was Florence. The first person a guest will interact with will be the front desk staff and this plays an important role to the guests experience with the hotel. When my friends and I first stepped into Hotel Atlantic, we were warmly greeted by Francesco. The positive vibes that she portray when she communicates to us not only drives all our tiredness away but also makes us feel like we are home. Not only was she helpful in assisting our inquiry, she was also very friendly and polite. We are really glad to meet Francesco and grateful to her for making us had such an enjoyable stay in Hotel Atlantic.

Super comfortable bed, nice toiletries, efficient and friendlt front desk, best I have stayed in Europe so far. Main grouses are the sound proffing from lower floored rooms, can be noisy at night and a lack of variety at breakfast.
