"Good family luxury hotel"

Fantastic pool and beach, plenty to keep the kids occupied. Food outside is cheaper and options are not bad. Green leaf on the beach is recommended. Rooms are a great size. We got a premier room to fit us and our 2 children + baby. We love the area, been there twice and will likely return.
"Nice Resort at Remote Location"

We stayed in this resort in the first week of March 2014 for 3 nights.
Good: Resort is located on the shore. Swimming pool was awesome and view of pool and beach was excellent. we requested complimentary airport pickup and they provided. Also they provided a bottle of wine, fruit basket for birthday. Food at the pool side restaurant was good and cheap with pathetic service. Breakfast was just OK. This could be best for someone who just want to relax in the resort, pool and beach.
Not Good: The location of the resort was remote from Phuket city and all other site seeing spots but on the shore. We could not use the beach because of low tide. We must use private taxi to go out and pay THB 500 to 1000 one way. In all package tours, pay additional THB 1000 for pick-up and drop due to location (free pick-up and drop if stayed in Pathong or Phuket city).
"Great service, lovely resort"

We stayed here after a few nights in Patong and it was a refreshing change. Love the feel of the resort and love how the beach is accessible, just a short walk from the pool. If you walk further south by the beach you can watch the planes take off very closely from the beach. The service was great too. Boyd checked us in and introduced us to the resort and our room and we really appreciate his service. The whole place iis pretty big but we walked from place to place instead of relying on the buggy service.
Lovely hotel and beach. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help and answer any questions. My 7 and 3 year old kids love the beach and the breakfast buffet. There is plenty of massage service and hair braiding, manicure, pedicure services by ladies on the beach at the hotel. They are much cheaper than the angsana spa but no way near as fancy. We enjoyed dining at all the restaurants at the hotel. The kids club was rather quiet though. The staff at the kids club was very friendly but there were no other kids there so my 7 yr old didn't want to go either.
"Fantastic getaway hotel"

I booked a room at Pullman trying to scape from the crowds in other beaches in Phuket. I couldn't have chosen a better option! The Pullman Arcadia is a new hotel (they were actually still fixing a few things here and there) which makes you feel like using the facilities for the first time. The swimming pool is breathtaking. The view is fantastic. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet is delicious! Naithon beach is all you need to have a great getaway from the day to day and enjoy a relaxed vacation.
"Best hotel in Phuket"

This is the best hotel I would recommend to any of you planning a staycation in Phuket. The hotel was 15 mins drive from Phuket International Airport. The breakfast provided was superb and the service was way too excellent. The hotel provide alot of facilities and overall it was a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended! The only minus point is the hotel located far away from Phuket Town and Patong area, took around 1 hour to reach there and transportation fee in Phuket is expensive.

The resort is quite compact (centred around all the pools) making it easy to get around. The rooms are lovely and well maintained - we stayed in a pool terrace suite which had a separate lounge room and bedroom which was great. We were traveling with our 3 year old son, and the highlight for him (and everyone else - young and old!) was the waterslide - heaps of fun. The kids club is OK - the staff were lovely and the various games, toys and activities kept my son entertained. The resort is not on the beach, but it's only a short walk away and there you have many food options (as there is only one restaurant and the pool bar at the hotel). Breakfast at the hotel was quite good, but very Asian focused and always very very busy - it was a surprise as the resort seemed half empty during the day so I don't know where everyone went! All in all, a good value option at Surin Beach and great fun for the kids - we will be back.

I and my wife stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The standard room was not available yet when we arrived they upgraded us for free to the 2 bedroom room. It was a very nice looking room, feels like coming home. The hotel surely was clean. The Jacuzzi in the hotel was not clean though, but perhaps if you ask they will clean it for you. There is a very nice swimming pool in the hotel, but mind there is limited shade so it’s very hot to swim and you might get sunburn in the daytime. So either go early or late. There is one thing that we both found disappointing about the hotel, the breakfast. It was not much, there was not jam except pineapple jam on your bread. The juices where not fresh or not even tried to make it seems like fresh (with pulp) just some sweet mixture. In the area there is not much to look around for as for shopping. But I do recommend you to rent a scooter (or car) which is just 300 outside (bargain) the hotel and then you can drive to Patong in 20 - 30 min over some beautiful hills with great view over the sea, especially when it’s sunny. We also drove to Phuket Town for 40 minutes to visit the shopping mall and the weekend market. As well there is another beach north of Surin beach worth visiting. Don’t expect too much of Surin beach. Again rent the scooter and then you can visit the busy places but you still stay in a very nice hotel for a reasonable price in Surin. PS when you go out of the hotel there is a good Thai restaurant directly opposite of the road.
