Excellent ! The view from the Resort are so beautiful. Because of the sea view, We wish to upgrade our room to sea view with additional charges but room was fully taken up. We are so disappointed. Room are big, staff are efficient and friendly. I love the view from the infinity pool, you can see whole Patong beach from the pool. Breakfast are nice, I have a enjoyable and pleasant stay at Kalima. Thank you

Near beach (but not close to), some types of pools, ocean-view rooms with large sqm and unique (free fruits etc.) comfortable services especially Japanese staff is excellent. Accomodation is relatively old.

Comfortable cosy place tucked behind the busy Patong beach which gave us the convenience to the beach, rows of shopping, massage parlour and food, as well as the peace and tranquility within the hotel. We booked a family room and it's big enough for 3 adults and 3 very active kids. The staff is very friendly to help us with all our requests. Bath and beach towels and drinking water are replenished everyday without fail.
The kids' pool and club house can be improved as it's just enough for a small group of kids and probably can't handle more than 10 kids.
Restaurants and massage parlours flanked the road right outside the resort. Highly recommended is Tanya Salon which is the first parlour on the left when you exit from the resort. Very friendly staff who greeted us each time we walk past but don't appear too pushy to make your money.
Overall, it's good value for money. Don't expect high end comfort and quality, but it's more than what we expected for the price we paid.

Overall good stay, we stayed there for three days to spend our family day on weekend. Only when the time we checked out, the front desk reception informed there is one missing towel for bed decloration in rabbit shape. I explained to them we did not take it and realise that they do not have it for us in this case. After few round of explaination then they said it is all right before we settle our room bill. It was very embrassing and they should improve the quality of service to avoid such mishandlling case to be repeated again.
