Despite my bathrobe didn't turn up after my request, the whole stay was really pleasant. My other small enquiries was attended almost immediately. Staffs were nice and smiley.Would recommend people to stay here as it is near the beach(just a block across the road) and the room is clean. Restaurants and massage parlours are everywhere. Bus to Karon and Phuket town is also right across the road. Accessible and affordable

Near the beach, big beds, nice pools. Had a ground floor unit which was nice and accessible to the pools for my daughter. Could work on the cleanliness of the rooms though. Food bit overpriced. Overall enjoyed our stay and will be back.
The location and overall of the hotel are great. The only setbacks were some of the staffs are not as friendly and the pillows have a weird smells. We forgot to lock our money in the room but it was still there when we were back after a day tour. We thanks the hotel staffs for their honesty.
"Decently priced but not the best value"

The hotel is situated just above a nice hill above Karon beach. Stay here with parents, but if u crave for more action, head towards Patong with the shuttle. wireless may not be complimentary if stay in the "non priviledged" wing . theme dinners are a good idea, but by the second night, they taste similar and i went out for BBQ seafood by the beach ~ Overall decent place
"Right next to Patong Beach"

The location of The Bliss was superb in my opinion. It was right across from Patong beach, and since every single room has a sea view, you can admire beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your room itself. The hotel is in a much quieter part of Patong, so noise is not so much of a problem. A walk to Bangla Street took about 10-15 minutes, but on the way there there are plenty of shops, so you might be a bit sidetracked. Restaurants are plenty all within 1 minute walk of the hotel, and the hotel itself also has booking services for tours and even motorcycle rentals, so you're pretty set there. Our room was clean, although not carpeted. We stayed in the older building, so the decor was a little dated and the toilets weren't as pristine, but no major issues. Bed was very very hard, but no backache when you wake up in the morning. Pillows however were a little flat, so you might be uncomfortable. Overall the hotel was a bargain, breakfast was great and staff was excellent. They also have free rental of beach towels so your stay is really as fuss-free as you can imagine!
